Life Transitions: Message to 2016 Graduates

There comes a time in every students life, whether you are in pre school, junior high, high school, college or grad school when you just have to leave the OLD YOU behind. Daemen College’s class of 2016, takes a trip down memory lane revealing some of their prized Undergrad memories, before joining the official list of Daemen Alumnis. One thing these grade levels have in common is graduation, the most highly anticipated moment in every student’s life.

Just like any other college, Daemen College annually welcomes freshmen and says adios๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿพ to departing senior citizens of the college community. The newbies enter with excitement and are open to engage in the infinite adventures of college. Meanwhile, the senior citizens sadly pack their suitcases and plastic storage bins with college memories then haul them into the Uhaul truck. The truck that pulls away their old memories and drives them off into the official inception of their adult life.

For some seniors its a bittersweet moment. Who can forget the memories, laughter, jokes stress, last minute BS assignments, situation ships/relationships, parties, school events, organizations, roommate drama, standing outdoors in the cold to get into a club, hungry nights, drunk nights, boring nights, spring fest, the Wick dining hall food and most important the Netflix and chill nights.

Those are some of the best moments that made the Daemen College undergraduate experience.

For others it’s just a conclusion to another chapter in their lives, as they reach for a pen to write a new one.

Here it is, You did it!

Congratulations to you Daemen College’s class of 2016 (undergraduates and Graduates)!

You survived this long, tedious journey.
Oh and Congratulations to all other kindergarten, junior high, high school, college/university graduates.

Remember this…

“A mind is a terrible thing to waste” ๐Ÿ‘ฃ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸพโœŒ๐Ÿพ๐ŸŽ“
